We're renovating our public spaces from top to bottom: a soaring lobby with a double-sided fireplace, a fireside lounge, a communal table, a new front desk and market, a redesigned breakfast room, a brand-new fitness room and refreshed suites.

What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Call the front desk to ask about early check-in or late check-out; extra fees may apply.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. A hot breakfast is free for every guest, served daily. Free coffee and tea are available in the lobby.
What do I need at check-in?
A valid photo ID and a credit or debit card. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Guests paying cash must provide a $100 cash deposit. Guests must be 21 or older, or 18 or older with an active military ID.
What is your cancellation policy?
For reservations booked directly through the hotel, you can cancel free of charge until 4:00 pm hotel time the day before you arrive. After that, we charge the first night plus tax, and no-shows will be charged. Cancellation terms for group blocks depend on the contract agreement. Non-refundable rates can't be cancelled, changed or refunded.
Do you take a deposit or hold?
Your credit or debit card guarantees payment for the room. A deposit may be required for groups. Guests paying cash must provide a $100 cash deposit at check-in. For card payments, at check-in we place a $100 incidental hold per room. It's released when you check out, and your bank may take 7 to 10 business days to make the funds available.
Is parking free?
Yes. Parking is free on site.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel.
Are pets allowed?
We love pets, but we're unable to host them at the hotel, so please plan for your furry friends to stay home.
How will the renovation affect my stay?
We're renovating through March 31, 2027. We place guests away from active work areas, and some amenities may close for short periods. Call the front desk to confirm availability of amenities.
What is the nearest airport?
Tyler Pounds Regional Airport (TYR) is about a 35-minute drive. Dallas Love Field (DAL) is about 80 miles away and Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW) about 100 miles, roughly 1.5 to 2 hours by car.
